Once upon a raid, oh, a few weeks back, as I considered the damage our top DPSers were doing (3k), noting how far off the mark I was (just under 2k), I made a remark about feeling as though by the time I could hit 3k DPS, they would be doing 4 to 5k. This brought a handful of LOLs from other raid members. But, lo and behold, on our last Naxx run, I looked at Recount after Loatheb and... well... you can see for yourself.
